We rarely offer special sales throughout the year and when we do we do not publicize it widely. That said, you can get these by subscribing to our email newsletter below.

Spas

  • Standard shipping for our spas is curbside delivery to the front of your home. The truck making the delivery does not have a lift gate and would require you to offload the product from the truck onto your driveway. We also offer full white glove delivery to the exact spot you want your spa installed. Our spas come in 1-2 pieces and typically require light assembly of the cabinet / panels across the 4 sides.

Saunas

  • All of our saunas except the ones mentioned below ship fully assembled and require a crane or forklift to be present to safely offloaded at arrival.

Firepits

  • The Firepits arrive via air freight and will be left on your home's curbside. They require light assembly before proper usage and are shipped with instructions of how to do so.

Cold Plunges

  • Our Cold Plunges are delivered to you with white glove delivery services to the exact spot you would like to have them in your home.

We have installation partners for our products across the country in almost every key market in the United States.

If you are considering a purchase and need installation support, we are happy to take care of this as a part of our service for a nominal fee.

For all information regarding installation, please read our delivery and installation guide that covers everything you need to think about before having our spas installed.

You can also download a copy of our Installation Manual for spas products.

It is very important to ensure the surface a hot tub, sauna, or cold plunge is installed in is level. The surface being leveled impacts your product's longevity, the health of it's frame, and even the whether the water level within the product is consistent.

All of our products been designed for both inside and outside installation.

We often recommend licensed electricians that can come to your home and handle the entire electrical installation end to end.

We do not include electrical work in our professional installation because every house has different requirements and safety concerns so we find it is best that customers handle this step themselves or directly with the professional handling the work.

We recommend that the electrical setup for the equipment should be a 220/240 volt 60hz connection with a capacity of 50-60 Amps.

The connection should be single-phase (monophase) with two poles and include a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) for safety.

f you are not a licensed electrician who knows how to do wiring according to local electrical codes, please hire one. He or she will have to hard-wire the heater to an electrical source.

It will require 240v power. The 4.5kw and 6.0kw heaters require a 30 amp breaker and 8/2 wire (for runs up to 90' from the breaker box use 10/2 wire), and anything beyond in kW's requires a 40-50 amp breaker and 8/2 wire.

The use of cranes for a hot tub or sauna installation are quite common. We have helped af few customers get the best quotes in their area for such jobs in the past.

The price of a crane job depends on the height it needs to go, the angle the crane must extend from, the permits that may / may not be required, and a few other factors. If the crane job is not overly complicated, it will probably cost a couple thousand dollars.

The answer to this question depends on what you are using the sauna to achieve. Here's a rule of thumb:

  • Morning Sauna For More Mental Focus and Clarity Throughout the Day
  • Post Workout Sauna For Muscle Recovery
  • Evening Sauna For Better Sleep

For beginners, a session of 10-15 minutes is recommended. As you get more accustomed to the heat, you can gradually increase this time up to 20-30 minutes.

However, it's important to listen to your body and leave the sauna if you start feeling dizzy or uncomfortable.

The frequency of sauna use depends on individual health and comfort levels. Some people may enjoy a daily sauna session, while others may prefer 2-3 times a week.

It's important to listen to your body and not to stay in the sauna if you start feeling uncomfortable. Always hydrate before and after your sauna session.

Typically, our saunas will heat to 165°F in 30–40 minutes and to 185° in less than 60.

Our heaters offer a standard heat up time of 45-60 minutes and will reach 170°-185°F+.

The max temperature of our saunas is 195°F.

Traditional saunas heat the air, which in turn heats your body.

Infrared saunas, on the other hand, use infrared lamps to heat your body directly. This allows them to operate at lower temperatures.

Some people find infrared saunas more comfortable, while others prefer the intense heat of a traditional sauna.

Regular cleaning is important to maintain the hygiene and longevity of your sauna.

After each use, wipe down the benches and leave the door open to allow the sauna to dry completely.

Use mild soap and water to clean the benches and floor. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they can damage the wood and create unpleasant odors.

For infrared saunas, clean the heaters with a damp cloth and make sure to keep them free of dust.

Tyrol, aspen and thermo-aspen are commonly used in sauna construction due to their durability, resistance to decay, and pleasant aroma.

Thermo-aspen is often considered the premium choice due to its excellent thermal properties and high resistance to moisture, which significantly enhance its durability and longevity.

In order to determine what heater size is the appropriate one. One needs to calculate the cubic feet size of the sauna room. In order to do so, multiply the (length X height X Width) Once you have the total cubic feet amount. You will add 1KW for each 50 cubic feet of space.

For example if you have a 150 cubic feet room size, the appropriate heater to choose would be a 3KW. Choosing the right heater Kilowattage will ensure an appropriate amount of heat will be generated, distributed and conserved throughout the sauna room.

We believe a regular practice has the most benefits. Once per day is ideal, but like working out, even 3-5 times per week can have a beneficial impact on your health.

The Morozko Forge is the only cold plunge that makes it's own ice and can reach 32 degrees Fahrenheit

Our regular Forge model is designed for personal use that can support up to 12 plunges a day and comes with a 3 year cover to cover warranty.

Our Pro model is designed for high volume or commercial use, supporting around 40 plunges a day and comes with a 5 year cover to cover warranty. Our Pro model also comes with 6 spots for the online Morozko Method Certification Program, as well as guaranteed service within 72 hours by Morozko technicians.

The most powerful and safe disinfecting agent available for water treatment systems is ozone -- more powerful than chlorine and bromine, and safer because it consists only of pure oxygen.

In short, ozone is terrific for cleaning water, which is why it is used in the most advanced drinking water treatment plants in the world. You can read more about Ozone here.

The Morozko's filtered models use Ozone Generation to keep your water crystal clear without the need for harsh chemicals like chlorine. Check out more about Ozone here.

If your Morozko Ice Bath has an inlet strainer, you will clean it similar to the way you clean your dryer lint filter after a load of laundry. It will collect towel and clothing lint, hair and other debris. Here is an instructional video for how.

Our Morozko Ice Bath will maintain clear, clean water for months (if not years, depending on usage) between filter changes. We recommend the Hayward C225 replacement cartridge when it is time to change your filter. You can also easily remove your filter cartridge to clean it by hosing it off with your garden hose shown here.

Check out their YouTube for more information on cleaning and maintaining your Morozko Ice Bath with an Inlet Stainer here and without an Inlet Strainer here.

The Forge uses about 650W, which is less than a small hair dryer (800W).

It runs on a standard three-pronged 110v power cord, no need for additional wiring or dedicated circuit.

Like your home refrigerator, most of the power goes to run the compressor that pumps the refrigerant. Some power runs the fans that cool the hot side coils, and on filtered models a small amount goes to run the filter pump and generate ozone.

All Forges comes with a detachable hose that can be used as a vacuum, or as a discharge hose, depending on the port to which you plug it.

The hose attaches right into your regular garden hose, so you can use the Forge pump to discharge to a household drain, or outdoors.

Our Forges only need the water changed if there is unexpected contamination.

Here's a step-by-step video of the process.

It is designed for indoor or outdoor use. If you live in a snowy climate, you will leave your filtration on 24/7 to keep the water moving and avoid freezing. We use a marine grade spar urethane to protect your Forge in any environment.

Leave it plugged in! The GFCI protection ensures that you won't experience stray electrical currents escaping from the Forge electrical system -- even if you spill a little water.

GFCI is the same protection that modern homes use in kitchens and bathrooms to prevent electrical injury in places that might get wet.

This ensures your safety in your Forge whether it is on or off.

The filter should be cleaned periodically. Simply clean it with a pressure hose. Make sure all impurities disappear, then reinstall the filter. It is recommended to change the filter every 4 months.

If the temperature sensors detect a fall to below 6.7°C, the
resistor and the filtration pump will automatically switch on to prevent freezing of the
water and the damage this could cause to your hot tub.

The unit and pump will remain on for 4 minutes after the temperature
rises above 7.2ÂșC.
In colder climates an additional temperature sensor can be added as a precaution,
to prevent freezing not detected by the standard sensors.

Aquavia Spa recommends the use of its water disinfection products. They will help you maintain an adequate pH level as well as correct disinfection.

All chemical products: Bromine in tablet form, Algaecides, Anti-calcareous and pH reducer, must be added to a floating dispenser (not supplied), with the massage pump on
for at least ten minutes.

pH recommendation

A pH index of between 7.2 and 7.6 is recommended.

The pH level measures the acidity and alkalinity: Values above 7 are alkali and below 7, are acid.

Check the pH of the Spa water daily using the pH test set. (not supplied).

If the pH is above the indexes, use pH MINOR SPA. Wait for two hours and re-do the pH test.

If the pH is below indexes, use pH MAJOR SPA. Wait for two hours and re-do the pH test.

When the pH index has been adjusted to the values indicated above, proceed to the next
step.

Attention
It is very important to maintain the correct pH level both for the disinfectant to work properly and to prevent corrosion or deposits on the Spa. Any damage caused by an inadequate pH level is not covered by your Spa warranty

‱ Use common general purpose cleaners. For normal care and cleaning, use a soft cloth or sponge with a little soap and water. Rinse well and dry with a clean dry cloth. If you are using a household cleaner, make sure it is recommended for acrylic surfaces by the manufacturer.

‱ Never use abrasive cleaners.

‱ Do not allow the acrylic surface to come into contact with ketones or esters such as acetone, acetates (such as nail varnish remover, nail varnish or dry cleaning substances) or any organic solvent with chlorine, varnishes, gasoline, aromatic solvents, etc.

‱ Remove dust, stains and dry dirt with a soft damp cloth.

‱ Clean grease, oil, paint and ink stains with isopropyl alcohol and dry with a clean, dry cloth.

‱ Avoid using razors or any other type of sharp instrument that could scratch the surface. Small scratches can be removed by applying a thin layer of car
varnish and polishing lightly with a clean cloth. Once a week, clean the hot tub area that is not under water with a quality polish for hot tubs.

If you do not use the hot tub during the winter or for very long periods, you must perform the following operations:

‱ Disconnect the electrical equipment, differential switch in OFF position.

‱ Locate the drain valve and turn the red lever on the valve to the OPEN position. In this way, the hot tub will empty due to gravity through the main drain.

‱ Leave the drain valve open.

‱ Remove the filter cartridge(s) from the filter (see filter maintenance section) and store in a dry place.

‱ Clean and dry the hot tub.

‱ Cover the hot tub.

Replacing the lamp is the only required maintenance on the spotlight. To replace the lamp, follow these steps:

‱ Dismantle the wooden side panel where the spotlight is installed using a medium-sized stecker screwdriver.

‱ To replace the lamp, turn the lamp-holder bushing counter-clockwise and lift it from its position.

‱ Once the faulty lamp has been replaced, place the lamp-holder back in position and reassemble the wooden side panel of the Spa.

If you have any doubt about the explanation of this operation, contact your authorized dealer or authorized technical service.

It is recommended to periodically check the condition of the pre-filter of the pump to avoid it from blocking. If debris has accumulated, the pre-filter should be opened and cleaned.

Follow these steps to clean the pre-filter:

1. Turn off the Filtering Pump by placing the selector in the OFF position.

2. Close the valve of the filtering circuit that connects the pump to the Spa.

3. Using the key supplied with the equipment, turn the upper cover of the pre-filter counter-clockwise until it becomes loose. Remove the basket of the pre-filter to clean it.

4. Put the basket back into place. Place the joint of the cover to close it using the key.

5. Open the filtering circuit valve.

1. Disconnect the electrical equipment. Differential in OFF position.

2. Unscrew the top of the filter.

3. Remove the cartridge.

4. Clean the cartridge with water at low pressure.

- The disinfectant will quickly dissipate.

- The equipment of the Spa become rusty.

- The water can start causing skin irritations to bathers.

- The disinfectant is less effective.

- Scale may appear on the acrylic and equipment.

- The water may become cloudy.

- The filter cartridge can become blocked.

Disinfection of the water is of utmost importance in order to destroy algae, bacteria and organisms that could develop in the water. However, excessive disinfection could cause
skin and eye irritation.

BROMIDE TABLETS are a suitable disinfectant for the Spa water. This product is placed in the pre-filter and gradually dissolves.

Check the residual bromide level daily using the Br analyzer set. The recommended level of residual bromide is between 2.2 and 3.3 ppm.
